Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
All Weather Heating And Cooling is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Port Angeles, Washington. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our customers' heating and cooling systems are running efficiently and effectively.
As an HVAC Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Diagnosing problems and identifying solutions
- Providing recommendations to customers for repair or replacement of their HVAC system
- Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Responding to emergency repair calls when needed
- Documenting all work performed and making any necessary updates to customer records
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited technical school preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
