As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Communicate with clients and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Attend training programs to stay up to date on new technologies and advancements in the field
- On-call rotation for emergency services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current HVAC certification or related degree
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC repair and maintenance experience
- Knowledge of industry safety standards
- Familiarity with HVAC repair tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
