Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician with Davis Heating and Cooling Inc., you will be a critical member of our team responsible for providing superior service to our customers. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HVAC systems and components, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You should have a passion for helping people and solving problems, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components, including, but not limited to, air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Install HVAC systems and components, including, but not limited to, ductwork, vents, thermostats, and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and components to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts and labor used.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent customer service skills and focus on quality workmanship.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
