As an HVAC Installer with Volkman Plumbing & Heating Inc., you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that installations are done in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and service HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps.
- Work with team members to ensure installations are done accurately and on time.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure customers and team members are safe on the job site.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system options and recommendations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- EPA certification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
