All Star Bowling & Entertainment/ Pins & Ales is seeking an outgoing, energetic personality to join our team! Our security/ doorman is one of the most important positions we are looking for as they are the first and last face they see. Along with keeping our staff and guests safe.

What we’re looking for:

• Check Identification: Security must check guest IDs at the door to make sure each person in the building is at least 21 years old. We do ID EVERYONE!
• Crowd control: This begins with controlling the flow of foot traffic into the facility, monitoring behaviors, and removing patrons who get too rowdy.
• Greet Customers: Must be personable and friendly to guests who enter and leave the facility, as interactions with all guests are part of the entertainment experience.

Qualifications

• MUST BE 21 years old
• Physically up to the task of forcibly removing individuals from the premises or breaking up altercations between guests.
• Capable of making sound split-second decisions, with common sense and without overreacting, escalating bad situations, or poor decision making.
• Must be familiar with safety protocols and know how to keep a large group of people safe, when to remove a person from the premises, and when it’s time to call the police.
• Patrolling the premises constantly, watching and observing the crowds and its behaviors with full awareness of guests and their surroundings.
• Must be professional. It’s critical to act fairly and objectively and to always carry themselves in a professional manner in often chaotic environments.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
