The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $1,200 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 5 months

Job Description:


Lutheran Life Villages is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated CNA/QMA to join our team at Pine Valley. As a CNA/QMA, you will be responsible for providing essential direct care services to our residents. This role requires you to have strong interpersonal skills, as you will often interact with residents, their families, and other staff members. Key Responsibilities:


- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfer of residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents


Requirements:


- Must have a valid CNA/QMA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
