Job Description: HVAC Installer
All Season Htg & Clg Inc is currently seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct tests on newly installed systems to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on existing systems.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues to identify necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures and complete work orders.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an HVAC Installer, or related field.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
