CNA, Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing

Job Description:

Miami Jewish Health Systems is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs for our Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing facilities. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs
• Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition or behavior
• Assisting in the coordination of patient activities and social events
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care
• Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification
• Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations with professionalism and composure
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
