Aperion Care Chicago Heights is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Aide to join our team. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our residents by providing restorative care services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with exercises and activities that promote physical and mental well-being
• Help residents with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper equipment and techniques
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Restorative Aide or similar role is preferred
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
