Job Description: HVAC Installer at Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
At Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, we are committed to providing high-quality service to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Colfax, North Carolina. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install various HVAC systems, including ductwork, air conditioning units, and furnaces
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, replacing filters, and inspecting components
- Diagnose and repair any issues with HVAC systems
- Install and configure thermostat systems
- Communicate with clients to explain the status of their HVAC systems and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and perform calculations to ensure proper installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
