Bridgeway Senior Healthcare is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Finance Team who is interested in expanding their knowledge and experience in various business office functions including but not limited to, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Office Director in a variety of duties including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and diverse human resources functions.
  • Apply cash receipts and enter accounts payable for each facility.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
  • Take inquiries from families and residents regarding their statement.
  • Take inquiries from employees regarding payroll issues.
  • Manage patient/resident trust funds and confidential files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure policy & procedure compliance including HIPAA.
  • Provide special project support to leadership as requested.
  • Report to the Business Office Director.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Self-starter and motivator.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and allocate time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of PointClickCare and UKG is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

Associates Degree or 2 years of working experience in Long Term Care Finance Background Preferred.
