The City Creek parking lots and garages are located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, near shopping, restaurants, employment, residential, events, entertainment, and nightlife. (https://shopcitycreekcenter.com/) The facilities are conveniently positioned for offering prime executive parking and for business and office building workers. Many of the facilities provide easy access for City Creek Center shopping, Abravanel Hall, the Salt Palace, Eccles Theater, Delta Center, and other downtown amenities.

As a Parking Attendant, you will radiate customer service as you:

• Work as a team to greet customers and handle their inquiries and parking needs in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Collect daily revenue from customers.
• Keep the space tidy and clean.
• Receive and respond to radio calls to assist customers with payment, ticket processing, locating vehicles, and other parking needs.
• Work event parking including placing signs, barricades, cones, and directing traffic.

Expectedly, that means we’re counting on you to have:

• Social smarts — to understand others and how to engage with them
• Follow-up and follow-through — on projects, commitments, and keeping your word. Turn small talk into real talk and yield results through your action
• Integrity – doing what you say you’ll do when you say you’ll do it
• Empathy — because feelings
• A get-it-done attitude

And we have a few other qualifiers that we’re pretty set on, as well. Of course, feel free to sell us one way or the other—whether it works out or not, at least we’ll know you’ve got some grit. You should exhibit:

• Availability – 1 to 3 evenings & weekend shifts per week
• Perseverance – even when you are so spent you literally cannot
