You’ll be: Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries Conducting research to resolve inquiries Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries Initiating or processing adjustments and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems Providing feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs Maintaining accurate records on complaints and making recommendations for changes to management Maintaining basic knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies Assisting with process improvements and training of new employees This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Possess strong human relations and organizational skills Can handle high-stress situations with good judgment Can work onsite at the client location Can accept $13-$17 per hour Have the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion Are proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar Have the ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have at least 2 years of call center experience and/or 1 year of claims processing experience or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience What happens next: Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
