• Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Collect and update patient information in the system
• Assist with filling out necessary paperwork and forms
• Provide information to clients regarding services, fees, and policies
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments
• Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary software systems
