We are a leading HVAC services company that specializes in refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems. Our team is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our thriving company.
As an HVAC Service Technician at Dramstad Refrigeration, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment, such as air conditioners, heaters, and refrigeration units. You must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems in HVAC systems and offer solutions to ensure maximum performance.
Responsibilities:
• Install and repair HVAC equipment including air conditioners, heaters, and refrigeration units
• Test HVAC equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation
• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Complete documentation of services performed and report to management
• Follow company safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/R, or equivalent work experience
• EPA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC services
• Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
