Job Functions: Reporting to work as scheduled Utilizing your welding skills to produce quality welds Work with co-workers for successful completion of projects Work with project supervision to ensure quality, safety, and schedules are met Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years experience performing a variety of welding tasks using manual, semiautomatic, and automatic arc and gas equipment Ability to pass a 2" schedule 160 destructive examined qualification pipe test (bend test) in a 6-G position utilizing GMAW, and FCAW processes Ability to pass a 6" schedule 160, 1G rollout Ability to pass specified required x-ray examination's during production Ability to maintain production in fast paced shop environment Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints with minimal supervision Ability to layout, fit-up, and weld vessels with minimal supervision Must have proficient knowledge of the ASME and AWS code and material specifications including D1.1 Ability to find a degree on a vessel strap and how to find a circumference Benefits: 401(k) Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending accounts Paid holidays PCL is an innovative, safety-oriented company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work everyday.
