HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC systems per manufacturer specifications and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on newly installed HVAC systems.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
- Collaborate with our team to meet project deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide feedback to help improve our installation process.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC regulations and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, and work in tight spaces.
- EPA certification preferred.
