We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Home Comfort Experts of Plymouth. As a HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and repairs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Your focus will be to provide quality, efficient, and timely customer service in-person, over the phone, and through digital communication. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while providing detailed service solutions to our customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Conducting regular maintenance services on all HVAC systems.
- Explaining diagnostic findings to customers and offering recommendations for repair or replacement.
- Providing detailed information to customers regarding service and repair of HVAC systems.
- Working closely with other technicians and management to efficiently complete repair and installation projects.
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked service vehicle.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Current HVAC certification and licensure.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to operate required tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
