Job Description: HVAC Installer
Howell Heating LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Forest Lake, Minnesota. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and residential properties. We are looking for candidates who have strong technical and analytical skills, are detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently while collaborating with others.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and develop effective solutions.
- Perform regular inspections, replace or repair defective parts, and ensure proper functioning of all systems.
- Follow safety regulations and protocols while working with electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate with other technicians and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service and addressing all concerns and questions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Valid driver's license, EPA certification, and OSHA 10 certification.
- Preferred: Associate's degree in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology, or similar field.
- Proven work experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
