HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at St. Simons Island, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing problems and completing repairs on various heating and cooling units, including split systems, packaged units, and ductless mini-splits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and system failures
• Keep accurate service records and complete necessary paperwork
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide emergency services after regular business hours
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC certification/degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask as needed
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
