Job Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lindengrove Mukwonago, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents as necessary
- Encouraging and supporting residents' participation in social and recreational activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Respecting residents' rights and maintaining their confidentiality
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
