Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lindengrove Mukwonago, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents as necessary
• Encouraging and supporting residents' participation in social and recreational activities
• Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents
• Respecting residents' rights and maintaining their confidentiality

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
