Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

Elgin Sheet Metal Co. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide exceptional service to our clients throughout the Tri-State area. With 30+ years of HVAC and Refrigeration expertise, our company has built a reputation as a leader in the industry through our commitment to quality workmanship and unparalleled customer service.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment for clients like Bremer Banks, Cargill Corn Milling Plant, and Giant Snacks. You will work independently and as part of a team to install and maintain HVAC systems with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
-Diagnosing and resolving system issues and malfunctions
-Installing new HVAC systems and components
-Troubleshooting electrical and refrigeration components
-Collaborating with clients to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations
-Completing accurate work orders detailing services performed

Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance and repair
-Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including electrical and refrigeration systems
-Familiarity with commercial HVAC equipment installation
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
