Responsibilities:
- Design and execute orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and identify opportunities for skill development
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and enhance the quality of care provided
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that empowers staff to excel in their roles

Requirements:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a minimum of [X] years of experience in long-term care or a related setting
- Previous experience in staff development, training, or education leadership
