Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Comfort FLOW Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. At Comfort FLOW Heating, we're committed to delivering exceptional heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, installing, and maintaining various types of heating and cooling systems. We're looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, technical prowess, and outstanding customer service abilities. You'll be working both in residential and commercial settings, and will need to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems
-Carry out diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing of all types of HVAC equipment
-Keep accurate records of all working hours, material used, and tasks completed for each job
-Provide excellent customer service and support
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Team Leader
-Occasionally work overtime, weekends, and nights when required
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in HVAC services, installation, and maintenance
-Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
-Ability to work independently or in a team environment
-Great customer service and communication skills
-A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-An EPA certification
-Ability to pass a drug test and background check
