Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Repair or replace malfunctioning equipment components
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work done and parts used
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- HVAC certification or training preferred
- Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
