Job Summary:
Service Air Eastern Shore is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of heating and cooling systems. You will also interact with customers to provide them with personalized service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot problems and identify the appropriate solutions
- Communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, recommend solutions, and answer questions
- Install and replace HVAC systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Continuously expand your knowledge of HVAC systems and the latest industry trends
- Attend training and meetings as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or HVAC certification preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
