Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Ron's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Wisconsin Rapids. As an HVAC Service Technician at Ron's, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients.

You will perform repairs, replace parts, and provide preventative maintenance to keep our clients' systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems

- Provide preventative maintenance to keep HVAC units functioning effectively
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and proposed solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC training program or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and repair procedures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
