We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our team in Peru, Indiana. As our HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. You must be customer service-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and possess the technical know-how to troubleshoot and repair a variety of HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively
-Diagnose and repair faulty HVAC systems
-Explain and provide options for repair and/or replacement to customers
-Install new HVAC systems and components
-Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations
-Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
-Knowledge of various HVAC systems and components
-Valid driver's license
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Completion of related technical/trade school program is preferred
