Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $6,800 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Air Plus A/C & Htg. As a leading provider of HVAC services in Palestine Texas, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
As the HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. You will need to have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, the ability to read blueprints, measure and adjust system performance, and ensure the proper installation of all components.
Responsibilities:
• Perform the installation of HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining installation processes and answering questions in a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional manner.
• Properly mount and secure HVAC equipment to ensure the system is properly installed.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are working correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
