Elite Brow Studio is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team of beauty professionals. As a licensed esthetician at Elite Brow Studio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional esthetic services to our clients, delivering the highest level of customer service, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including eyebrow shaping, eyebrow tinting, lash tinting, facial treatments, and other esthetic treatments as needed.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Educate clients on proper skincare and aftercare regimens to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and treatment room, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, attending trainings and workshops as necessary.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized care.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients, and resolving any client concerns or issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations and licensing requirements for estheticians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid esthetician license in the state of Virginia.
• Proven experience as a licensed esthetician, with expertise in eyebrow shaping, tinting, and other esthetic treatments.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of esthetic products and techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards in the esthetics industry.
