Position: Personal Care Resident Assistant

We are currently seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Resident Assistants. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Resident Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote overall well-being
• Providing assistance during meal times and ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
• Assisting with medication administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
