Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Identify opportunities for energy-saving improvements and make recommendations to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
- Accurately track and report service calls and parts inventory
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
