Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $700 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

Transportation Coordinator / Driver - Day Shift, Full-Time / Part-Time - $17.00/hr-$19.50/hr


ABCM Corporation - Westview of Indianola Care Center in Indianola, IA is seeking a Transportation Coordinator / Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation of residents and tenants, as well as maintaining and upkeep of our care center vehicles.


Responsibilities:


Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Transportation Coordinator / Driver will:


  • Provide safe and timely transportation of residents and tenants according to scheduled appointments and outings.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of care center vehicles.

Qualifications / Requirements:


To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:


  • Must have a current, valid Iowa driver's license of the appropriate classification and with the required endorsements (passenger) for the vehicle to be driven (Class D / Chauffeur's License or Class C / Commercial License).
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check.
  • Must have and maintain an unrestricted license and driving record free of serious violations.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
  • Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.

Additional Information:


Shift: Day Shift

Base Wage: $17.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years

Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr
