As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance, repair, and installation services for a wide range of heating and cooling systems. You will work closely with our team of technicians and support staff to ensure that our clients receive prompt, professional, and efficient service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide routine maintenance and repair services for a range of heating and cooling systems, including air conditioning units, furnace systems, boilers, and heat pumps.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate repairs and solutions.
• Install new HVAC systems and components based on customer needs and specifications.
• Document all services and repairs performed and maintain accurate service records.
• Work closely with team members and support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Communicate with customers about system functionality, maintenance, and repair issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC training program is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
