Job Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician at Yard Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on a variety of heating and cooling systems. You will be working with a team of professionals, and your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests on heating and cooling systems to identify problems and determine the source of malfunctions.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems.
- Repair or replace malfunctioning HVAC equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Keep track of the inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools needed to perform the job.
- Interact effectively with clients to explain the diagnostic results, proposed solutions, and provide ongoing customer service.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
- Associate or Technical degree in HVAC repair and maintenance or related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well in team settings and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
