HVAC Installer

Location: Logansport, Indiana

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Shideler Electric Heating. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including heaters, air conditioners, and ductwork
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Replace and repair faulty components of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC problems and offer viable solutions
• Work with clients to determine their specific HVAC needs
• Maintain professional conduct with clients and team members
• Ensure safety measures are always taken during HVAC installations and repairs
• Keep up to date with advances in HVAC technology and industry standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or associate degree in HVAC installation or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems and their components
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• NATE certification a plus
