Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Waller Heating & A/C of Thomasville. As a technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repairs to heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems for both residential and commercial clients in the Thomasville, Georgia area.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues efficiently and effectively
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, including cleaning coils and checking refrigerant levels
- Communicate with clients regarding their HVAC systems and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance performed on HVAC systems
- Work closely with our team to ensure all work is completed on time and to our high standards
- Stay up to date on industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC training program or relevant experience
- Experience with both commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and make recommendations for repairs
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
