We are currently hiring for the position of CNA - Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant at Waters Of Memphis A Rehabilitation & Nursing Ctr in the 38128 area. This role requires working Monday to Wednesday from 4pm to 10pm.

Job Responsibilities
As a CNA - Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with daily activities such as eating, exercising, and toileting
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
- Assisting with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Tennessee
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Compassion and empathy towards residents
- Flexibility to work evening shifts
