Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of heating and cooling system issues
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Install new systems and upgrades, ensuring compliance with all local codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring complete satisfaction with every visit
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicles
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- EPA certification and a valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
