Position: Receptionist

As a Receptionist at Cadia Rehabilitation Pike Creek, you will be an essential member of our administrative team. You will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, their families, and all visitors to our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer all incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
• Provide information and assistance to residents, family members, and staff
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Manage resident sign-in and sign-out process
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
