We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at C.B. LUCAS CO. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions to clients
- Install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Repair and replace faulty HVAC system components
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Must hold a valid HVAC certification or diploma
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
