Position: HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Monroe, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial buildings. You will work primarily in the field, interacting with customers face-to-face and troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance
• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and refrigeration units
• Document all work performed and maintain detailed records
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide recommendations to customers regarding maintenance and repairs
• Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
