Job Description: HVAC Installer at Efficient Heating
Efficient Heating is a leading HVAC company looking for a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. As an HVAC Installer with us, you will install various types of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. The position will be based in our Spearfish, South Dakota location.
Responsibilities
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, air conditioning units, and other heating and cooling units
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Replace old HVAC systems with new ones
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems and respond to service calls as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Completion of an HVAC training program
• Minimum of 2-year work experience in HVAC installation and service
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to use various HVAC tools and equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Must possess strong communication skills with customers and team members
