Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $4,000 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months
We at Dalton Heating and Air are looking for a qualified HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties within the Dalton Georgia area.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure good working conditions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and offer solutions
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Give detailed and accurate reports to the team leader or supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours when required
- Possess a valid driver's license
