Position Overview

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team on a full-time and part-time basis. As a CNA at Eventide Fargo, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our nursing and care teams to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Manage and document medications, as directed by the nursing staff.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Support residents with mobility and transferring, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ensure that residents' rooms and living areas are clean and organized.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Good physical stamina and strength.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
