As a HVAC Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:
- Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Accurately document all work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with servicing HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Proficient in refrigerant handling and recovery
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
