Human Resources Intern - Clark Retirement Community


Clark Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. As a leading provider of senior living services, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support for our residents, and our Human Resources team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Update and maintain employee records and databases.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
