J E Shekell Htg & Ac is looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. As a leading provider of heating and air-conditioning services in the Vincennes area, we require someone with knowledge and expertise in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
As our HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in keeping our company at the forefront of the industry. You will work closely with our team of technicians and management to complete residential and commercial installation projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that every installation meets our high standards and that our clients can rely on their HVAC systems to keep them comfortable all year round.
Responsibilities:
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and ductless systems.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects within given time frames and quality standards.
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest industry technologies.
• Interacting and communicating professionally with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of completed installations and services.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Excellent technical knowledge of different types of HVAC systems
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot systems
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
