Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $3,400 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months

We are currently seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in McAlester, Oklahoma. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Perform electrical repairs on HVAC systems
• Communicate with clients on the nature of the problem and offer advice
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in training and safety programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Willingness to work in varied environments and conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
