Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Badger Heating & Air Conditioning. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for commercial and residential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
- Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems
- Repair or replace components in HVAC systems such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Educate customers on the maintenance and operation of their HVAC systems
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of an HVAC program or equivalent experience
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
